Razorback Hurricane Build

Now this Bonne build could start a storm....

 rear view, 180 tyre on WM5.5  GSXR1100 rim & 8.5mm offset drive line.

 50mm extended swingarm & widened 40mm.

new stiffer  50mm 10swg CDS tube main frame.

Currently building a 1 liter Bonnie engine based custom. My own stiffer top tube frame section, + 50mm swingarm, 8mm offset g/box sprocket, 3 spoke light alloys, 180x17 rear, 120x17 front, GSXR1100 front end with Ohlin's internals, Nitro rear adjustable height shocks, my own Hurricane style wider gas tank/side panel molding to be carbon sheathed. Alloy inner gas tank now holds 3 UK gals. My own 2:1 s/s exhaust pipes , will have Supertrapp silencer. 90th bike built since 1969 & 14th Bonnie. I build hi teck carbon racing dinghies & custom motorcycles in the UK. Hope you like it.

Brown Sugar

 I won the 3rd place at the European Bike Week at Faak(Austria) in the Oldschool Class

The most things are self made like the front fender, handlebars with the integrated speedo, tank , manifold, footpegs, electric box which looks like an oiltank, licence plate bracket, rear fender, paintjob and pinstripes.

The fork is a DNA Springer with a 2,15x21" Bigspoke wheel, the frame is a modified PENZ frame, rear tire is a 240/40-18 on a 8,5x18" wheel with a DNA sprockster so you can see the whole wheels from the left side without any brakes. Almost every brackets have the same holes like the fenders, the gas tank, the footpegs and the frame. The suspension for the rider is a mountainbike shock under the handmade two-tone solo seat of Ends Cuio from italy.
